Challenge

Fresh graduates often struggle to find their first job, unsure of their skills and whether they align with a company's culture. On the other hand, organizations seek to hire graduates who may have technical expertise but lack well-developed soft skills. This disconnect creates challenges for both sides in building meaningful and successful relationships.

Approach

We collaborated with HumanAsset to design GraduateHub, a digital community that connects graduates and companies. Our approach included:
- Conducting product discovery workshops to identify key user needs.
- Crafting product amd CX strategy to ensure seamless interactions for both graduates and employers.
- Designing an engaging UX/UI experience with gamification elements to enhance learning.
- Developing rapid prototypes for user testing, ensuring the platform addresses real-world challenges effectively.
